2022 Chevrolet Blazer

Four trims are offered for the 2022 Chevrolet Blazer: 2LT, 3LT, RS, and Premier. The 2LT rolls down the road on 18-inch alloy wheels, while the 3LT adds heated outside mirrors and a power liftgate. Next up with the RS, you'll find upgrades such as 20-inch wheels, a programmable power liftgate, and an exclusive black grille with black exterior trim. The Premier adds additional exterior features such as a unique chrome and silver trim.

The 2022 Chevrolet Blazer has two engines available, based on the trim you choose. The standard engine for all trims, besides the RS, is a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission that puts out 228 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. The sportier RS has a 3.6-liter V-6 engine as its standard engine, and it's paired with the same nine-speed transmission, producing 308 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque. The 3.6-liter V-6 is available as an option for the other trims.

Front-wheel drive is standard for all trims, but all-wheel drive is an option to deal with more challenging terrain and inclement weather. An automatic engine stop at idle will help increase fuel economy by shutting down the engine and then restarting it when you press the accelerator pedal again. This is especially a great feature in traffic.

Slide behind the wheel of the 2022 Chevrolet Blazer to find a cabin that's comfortable and functional. The 2LT's interior features include an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system featuring Android Auto and Apple CarPlay integration, a six-speaker audio system with satellite radio, and four USB ports to keep your devices going. Opting for the 3LT adds heated front seats, luxurious leather upholstery, and access to the Sound and Technology Package that adds a digital rearview mirror, a premium eight-speaker Bose sound system, navigation, and a 120-volt power port.

The RS offers the 120-volt power port standard, an upgraded touchscreen with navigation, and a heated steering wheel. Going with the RS or Premier trim, you can opt for the Enhanced Convenience Package, which includes additional features such as ventilated front seats, driver's seat memory settings, heated rear seats, and a Bose sound system. Finally, the RS and Premier offer the Driver Confidence Package as an option that adds features such as wireless charging.

Staying safe is of the utmost importance, and the Blazer has many safety features, including lane-keeping assist, collision mitigation, automatic emergency braking, and lane departure warning. Moving up to the 3LT will add a rear cross-traffic alert and a blind-spot monitor. The Driver Confidence Package, available for the RS and Premier, adds a rear-seat reminder, enhanced emergency braking, and adaptive cruise control.
